Wolverhampton will be holding its first Walking Festival this year, from 14th -; 22nd April. The Festival has been organised by Walking for Health in Wolverhampton, the City Council and local Rambling groups.
There will be a multitude of walks on offer, from one mile walks to a 15 mile challenge trail, allowing you to explore the open spaces in Wolverhampton and the surrounding local countryside in all its natural beauty.
The walks are free and a great way to have fun and learn new things whilst exercising.
The Walking for Health Challenge Trail will take place on Saturday 14th April in aid of Compton Hospice. Not only will this be a great way to channel the Olympic spirit, but proceeds will go to a very worthy cause.
