One of the issues I get contacted about most often is fly tipping and dumped rubbish.  It is hugely irresponsible and understandably it causes a lot of anger and frustration among law abiding residents who want to live in a clean and tidy environment.

Of course we report all the incidents that come to us to the council but from time to time we also organise our own community clean ups.  The next one will take place in Parkfields on 31 January.   We will meet at 10am at the junction of Edward Street and Parkfield Road, WV4 6HE.

If you can help, please come along. Gloves and bags will be provided.  Please let me know so that we can bring enough equipment. Alternatively, if you would like help organising a similar clean up in your area, please let me know.
