On Friday, I visited Holy Rosary Catholic Primary School to talk about democracy with the children at the school.
It was a pleasure to visit the school. The children were part of the ‘School Council’ and told me that they were learning about democracy. They were able to name some of the political parties and even asked questions on Brexit. I think it’s great that the school promote learning about democracy and current affairs.
