Joe Guy was a young rider who was tragically killed on 31st May 2017. Joe was a keen cyclist with a bright future ahead of him having gained numerous successes at both a regional and national level. Joe’s passion was cycling and we want to remember him through the sport and therefore we have organised a ‘Run For Joe’ around East Park in Wolverhampton on Saturday 1st December at 9AM.

The address for the park is: East Park, Hickman Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 2BS and we will be meeting at 9AM at the main entrance on Hickman Avenue by the ranger’s house.

So, whether you want to run or walk 1 mile around East Park with us in memory of Joe Guy then feel free to join us. We will be raising money for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.

If you’d like to take part then either call 01902 402 381 or e-mail momenabadib@parliament.uk to register your interest.

The event has been organised by Pat McFadden MP and will be supported by Mark Farnell, gold medallist Paralympian.
