I was pleased to take part in the Family Fun Run at East Park today. This is a great way to use our local parks and to get fit in the process. Some people walked. Some ran. I hadn’t run much over the winter so I can’t say I was very quick round the course but that’s not the point. Whatever speed people went round, it was a great morning, a lot of fun and I hope East Park gets used for similar events in the future.
