The Robin 2 in Bilston is a fantastic music venue and has hosted some great bands over the years. But like many similar venues around the country, it is unable to operate at the moment and is under threat of permanent closure. I believe that would be a real loss to our area and I am supporting owner Fraser Tranter’s attempt to get emergency funding from the Government’s Theatres Fund to keep it going. British music is loved around the world. We must do what we can to keep it alive during these tough times.
