On Saturday I volunteered at the Excel Church food bank with John Hamesh Raj and Councillor Beverley Momenabadi to help prepare food parcels for families. Excel Church have done a fantastic job in supporting the local community and distributed over 500 food parcels to families in need and children in receipt of Free School Meals during the October half term.
