West Midlands receives lowest funding per head from Government Covid Arts funding.

So much for levelling up. A table produced today showed that the West Midlands has received the lowest funding per head from Government Arts Funding support because of Covid. Our venues can’t operate or make money because of social distancing. The staff can’t work. Thousands of jobs are on the line. Yet when it comes to help we find ourselves bottom of the funding league.
